Reflecting on this past year, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey Half Moon Creative Co. has taken. From a simple idea to a meaningful endeavour, it’s been a path of growth and self-discovery.

Turning 30 marked a significant personal milestone. Embracing structure, self-discipline, and self-kindness has profoundly impacted my life. The early mornings, late nights, and lessons learnt have all contributed to this.

Overcoming imposter syndrome and viewing ADHD as a strength rather than a hindrance has been empowering. Learning how to be a kinder boss to myself. ✨

When asked, “Why Half Moon and not Full Moon?” I realise the half moon symbolises growth, potential, and the beauty of becoming. Today, I feel whole, embracing every phase that has led to this moment.

🏃‍♂️ Last year, I started running until I liked running… I still don’t like running. But I love the feeling afterwards. That’s what keeps me going.

I will always advocate for talking about mental health—both the good and the bad. It’s a conversation we all need to have more often. I’ll shout it from the rooftops: going to therapy should be considered as normal as going to the gym. You’re just looking after your brain instead of your body! 🧠💪

This topic is something I’ve personally dealt with, and I know firsthand how important it is to talk openly about mental health. If anyone needs a safe space, I’ll always be an open door for that conversation. 🌿
